The first human technology was flintknapping, beginning over 2.5 million years ago. Flintknapping is the art and skill of creating tools and points out of stone.

Stone Hands is an artist and master-crafter of instruments who focuses on Native Style Art and Culture. He has been giving demonstrations and lectures throughout the Midwest for over 20 years
and is based in Ste. Genevieve County.

He’s made an arrowhead small enough to fit through a sewing needle.

Stone Hands leaves his legacy in stone and he will tell you all about this ancient art.
